Helping you simplify nutrition, understand your body, and build a way of eating that actually works long term.
Nutrition today is incredibly confusing.
One expert says plant-based. Another says carnivore. One practitioner recommends twenty supplements. Another says take none. People read books, watch podcasts, scroll social media, and walk away feeling more overwhelmed than when they started.
Meanwhile their body is still struggling with fatigue, inflammation, digestive issues, hormone imbalance, brain fog, autoimmune symptoms, or simply the feeling that something isn’t right.
My work helps people cut through that noise.
Instead of chasing trends or rigid diet rules, I help people understand what their body is actually asking for and how to support it through nutrition, nutrient density, supplementation when appropriate, and practical lifestyle adjustments.
This is not about perfection.
It’s about understanding your body and creating a strategy that supports real, lasting health.

Certified Holistic Nutritionist
Trained in:
My work combines clinical nutrition education with real-world experience reversing complex autoimmune and inflammatory health conditions through nutrition, lifestyle change, and disciplined health optimization.
I continue to deepen my understanding through ongoing research, training, independent study, practitioner workshops, and conversations with professionals across multiple areas of health.
This includes learning from doctors, researchers, and practitioners focused on: metabolic health, functional medicine, nutrient optimization, ancestral and whole-food nutrition approaches.
My understanding of nutrition is not only academic. It is also deeply personal.
Several years ago I experienced a cascade of serious health issues including digestive problems, nerve pain, autoimmune symptoms, chronic inflammation, hormone imbalance, high blood pressure, skin conditions, extreme fatigue, and constant infections. At one point I was taking more than a dozen medications and spending large amounts of time in bed because my body simply wasn’t functioning properly.
That experience forced me to start asking deeper questions. Instead of simply accepting the standard explanations I had been given about health and nutrition, I became deeply curious about how the body actually works and what might really be driving the symptoms I was experiencing. Through deep research, lifestyle changes, and an intense commitment to understanding the body, I began rebuilding my health step by step.
That process included:
• exploring elimination diets
• moving toward whole-food nutrition
• experimenting with carnivore and animal-based approaches
• optimizing mineral and nutrient intake
• addressing inflammation
• improving sleep and circadian rhythm
• regulating stress and nervous system health
• rebuilding strength and metabolic health
• genetic testing related to methylation and nutrient metabolism
• questioning traditional medical guidance
• food quality differences (organic, pasture-raised, grass-fed)
•water quality
• rewiring how I thought about nutrition
I also began exploring the quality of the inputs going into my body.
I started questioning things I had never thought about before, such as the difference between highly processed foods and truly nutrient-dense whole foods, the impact of organic versus conventional produce, the nutritional differences between standard grocery store meats and pasture-raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished animal foods, and even the role that water quality can play in overall health.
During this process I also explored genetic testing related to methylation and nutrient metabolism, which helped me better understand how individual genetics can influence nutrient needs, detoxification pathways, and overall metabolic health.
Each layer of learning slowly began to rewire the way I understood nutrition.
Many of the things I had been taught about food and health earlier in life simply didn’t align with what I was seeing in my own body or what emerging research was beginning to suggest.
Over time, as I continued refining my nutrition, lifestyle habits, and stress regulation practices, the symptoms that once dominated my life began to disappear. Today I feel stronger, healthier, and more energized than I ever did before. That experience completely changed how I think about nutrition, health, and the body. It also gave me a deep understanding of what it actually takes to rebuild health when someone feels like nothing is working.
Because I’ve walked through that process myself, I approach nutrition coaching with both professional training and real-world empathy for how complex and frustrating health challenges can be.
That journey also sparked a deeper commitment to understanding the body from both a scientific and practical perspective.
I became deeply interested in how nutrition, metabolism, hormones, mineral balance, inflammation, mindset patterns and nervous system regulation all interact. I spent years studying nutrition science, reading research, learning from practitioners across multiple disciplines, and continuing my formal education in holistic nutrition.
Over time I developed a strong ability to recognize patterns in how symptoms, lifestyle habits, nutrient deficiencies, stress, and environmental factors interact.
This allows me to help clients connect the dots between what they are experiencing and the underlying factors that may be contributing to it.
Rather than simply giving generic nutrition advice, my goal is to help people understand their body, simplify what feels overwhelming, and create a practical strategy that supports real progress.
Below are some important details about my approach to nutrition coaching and what it can look like to work together.
I do not believe in rigid nutrition dogma.
Different people thrive with different approaches depending on their physiology, lifestyle, stress levels, health history, and current goals.
My work focuses on helping people understand the principles that matter most, including:
• nutrient density
• metabolic health
• inflammation management
• digestive function
• mineral balance
• protein intake
• blood sugar stability
• hormonal health
• recovery and energy production
From there we create a practical strategy that fits your body and your life.
For some people that may involve exploring animal-based nutrition.
For others it may involve addressing digestive issues, reducing inflammatory foods, improving protein intake, adjusting supplementation, or rebuilding nutrient stores that have been depleted over time.
The goal is not to follow a trend.
The goal is to create a nutritional foundation that supports your health long term.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned through both personal experience and professional training is that there is no single diet that works perfectly for everyone.
Human biology is incredibly complex. Genetics, metabolism, lifestyle, stress levels, environment, sleep patterns, activity level, and medical history all influence how the body responds to food.
This concept is often referred to as bio-individuality — the understanding that nutrition must be adapted to the individual rather than forced into a rigid one-size-fits-all framework. Some of the most respected voices in natural health and functional nutrition speak about this often. For example, physicians and researchers who focus on nutrient-dense nutrition frequently emphasize the importance of observing metabolic signals and adjusting diet based on how the body actually responds.
Rather than blindly following dietary rules, they encourage people to pay attention to feedback from the body, such as:
• energy levels
• digestion
• sleep quality
• mood stability
• inflammation
• skin health
• hormone balance
• recovery and physical performance
These signals can provide valuable insight into whether a nutritional approach is truly supporting the body. Similarly, many traditional natural health educators emphasize the body’s innate ability to heal and regulate itself when the right conditions are present.
Those conditions often include foundational lifestyle factors such as:
• nutrient-dense food
• clean water
• adequate sunlight
• proper sleep
• movement and exercise
• reduced toxic exposure
• emotional and nervous system balance
When these foundations are supported, the body often has an incredible capacity to rebalance and repair.
My work combines these principles with modern nutritional science and practical coaching.
Rather than forcing clients into rigid dietary labels, my goal is to help people learn how to understand their body’s signals, experiment intelligently, and build a nutritional approach that supports their unique physiology and lifestyle.
Most people seeking nutrition guidance today are overwhelmed by conflicting information.
One expert says to avoid carbohydrates.
Another says plant-based diets are the answer.
Others recommend keto, carnivore, low-fat, fasting, supplements, detoxes, or complicated protocols.
It can quickly become confusing.
Many people end up trying multiple diets, taking large numbers of supplements, and still feeling like they are not getting the results they hoped for.
My approach is different.
Rather than forcing people into rigid diet labels or overwhelming protocols, I focus on understanding the underlying patterns affecting your health.
It’s important to recognize that many dietary approaches can be helpful in the right context.
Different people have different genetics, metabolic health, lifestyles, medical histories, and goals. What works incredibly well for one person may not be the best approach for another.
In some cases a carnivore or animal-based diet may help reduce inflammation and support metabolic healing.
In other situations a Mediterranean-style or plant-forward approach may support cardiovascular health or digestive balance.
For athletes, macronutrient needs may look completely different again.
The goal is not to argue about which diet is “right.”
The goal is to understand what your body actually needs.
This includes looking at:
• nutrition habits
• metabolic health
• digestive function
• stress and nervous system regulation
• sleep patterns
• lifestyle habits
• nutrient intake and deficiencies
• environmental factors
• medical history and symptoms
By looking at the body as an interconnected system, we can begin identifying the factors that may be contributing to symptoms rather than simply chasing symptoms themselves.
From there, we create a practical plan that may include:
• improving food quality and nutrient density
• adjusting macronutrient balance based on your physiology
• addressing mineral and micronutrient gaps
• simplifying supplementation where appropriate
• improving sleep and circadian rhythm
• reducing lifestyle factors that may be increasing inflammation or stress
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is clarity, consistency, and sustainable improvement.
When people understand their body and implement the right changes over time, health improvements often follow.
Nutrition and health coaching can support a wide range of symptoms, health concerns, and lifestyle goals.
While every person’s situation is unique, many clients seek guidance in areas such as:
• chronic inflammation and immune system support
• digestive issues including bloating, reflux, constipation, and gut discomfort
• gut health and microbiome support
• autoimmune conditions and inflammatory symptoms
• fatigue, burnout, and low energy
• metabolic health and blood sugar regulation
• weight regulation and body composition changes
• hormone balance and hormonal symptoms
• skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and inflammatory skin issues
• nutrient deficiencies and micronutrient optimization
• mineral and electrolyte balance
• improving protein intake and overall nutrient density
• optimizing hydration and water quality
• identifying food sensitivities or trigger foods
• low-histamine dietary strategies
• elimination diets and reintroduction strategies
• animal-based, carnivore, or other specialized nutrition approaches
• supplement education, organization, and prioritization
• reducing reliance on unnecessary supplements
• improving digestion and nutrient absorption
• supporting recovery from chronic stress
• nervous system support and stress-related health symptoms
• improving sleep quality through nutrition and lifestyle
• optimizing metabolic resilience and energy production
• rebuilding health after long periods of illness or medication use
• understanding lab work and health testing results
• implementing recommendations from medical or naturopathic practitioners
• improving overall food quality and whole-food nutrition
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all protocol, my goal is to help clients understand the underlying patterns influencing their health and develop a personalized strategy that supports long-term improvement.
This work may be helpful if you:
• feel confused about what you should be eating
• want clarity around supplements
• are dealing with chronic health symptoms
• are interested in animal-based or nutrient-dense eating approaches
• are curious about metabolic health support
• would like personalized nutrition guidance
• in need of supplement guidance
• looking for a functional nutrition approach
• want to improve energy, digestion, or inflammation
• want help understanding the bigger picture of your health
• need accountability to actually implement changes
• feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice
• have tried multiple diets or supplements without clear results
The supplement world can be incredibly confusing.
People often take dozens of products without fully understanding what they do, why they are taking them, or whether they are even necessary.
In many cases the basics are missing while the supplement stack continues to grow.
Part of my work involves helping people make sense of supplementation by looking at:
• overall supplement guidance
• what you are currently taking
• what those supplements are intended to do
• potential nutrient gaps
• foundational nutrients that support metabolic and cellular health
• mineral balance and electrolyte support
• digestive support
• inflammatory patterns
We may also look at how supplements are being used, including:
• when supplements are taken throughout the day
• whether they are best taken with or without food
• potential interactions between different supplements
• absorption considerations and timing
• whether dosages are appropriate
• how to evaluate whether a supplement is actually helping
Many people are surprised to discover that more supplements do not always mean better results.
Sometimes the most powerful improvements come from simplifying a supplement routine and focusing more on foundational factors such as:
• nutrient-dense food
• hydration and mineral balance
• sleep quality
• stress and nervous system regulation
• consistent daily habits
This is not about selling supplements.
It is about helping people understand when supplementation may be useful, how to use it intelligently, and when focusing on food and lifestyle may be far more powerful.
Many people already work with naturopathic doctors, osteopaths, functional medicine practitioners, or medical doctors.
Often they receive recommendations but struggle to fully understand them or implement them consistently in daily life.
I frequently help clients:
• understand lab results in practical, real-world terms
• make sense of nutrition and supplement recommendations
• translate practitioner advice into sustainable daily habits
• stay consistent with lifestyle and nutrition changes
• track progress and adjust strategies over time
One of the biggest challenges people face is not a lack of information.
In many cases, they already have recommendations, protocols, or test results. The real difficulty is turning that information into consistent action in everyday life.
This is where coaching becomes incredibly valuable.
Through regular check-ins, accountability, and ongoing guidance, I help clients stay focused on the changes that actually move their health forward.
In some situations, deeper patterns may also influence a person’s ability to implement change. Stress, mindset patterns, long-standing habits, or limiting beliefs can quietly interfere with progress even when someone truly wants to improve their health.
Because of my background in coaching, NLP, hypnosis, and nervous system work, we can also explore the deeper patterns that sometimes block people from following through on the changes they know would support their wellbeing.
This work complements professional medical care rather than replacing it.
My role is to help bridge the gap between information and implementation, helping clients translate recommendations into real, sustainable improvements in their daily lives.
Nutrition and health coaching with me is highly personalized. Every person arrives with a unique health history, lifestyle, and set of goals, so our work together begins by building a clear understanding of your situation.
Most clients start with a comprehensive intake process where we explore your health history, lifestyle habits, symptoms, and current concerns.
This may include discussing:
• current symptoms and health concerns
• medical history and diagnoses
• medications and supplements
• digestion and gut health
• sleep patterns
• stress levels and nervous system health
• lifestyle habits and daily routines
• nutrition patterns and food relationships
• lab tests or medical results (if available)
Many people I work with have already seen multiple doctors, practitioners, or specialists and still feel confused about what is actually happening in their body.
Part of my role is helping translate that information into something understandable and actionable.
A Whole-Body Approach
Rather than focusing on one isolated symptom, we look at the body as a connected system.
Together we begin identifying patterns that may be influencing your health, such as:
• inflammation
• nutrient deficiencies
• metabolic imbalance
• digestive dysfunction
• hormonal changes
• chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
• lifestyle and environmental factors
This approach allows us to address the foundations of health, rather than simply chasing symptoms.
Creating a Practical Plan
Once we understand the bigger picture, we develop a practical strategy designed for your body and your lifestyle.
This may include:
• personalized nutrition adjustments
• improving food quality and nutrient density
• reviewing supplements and nutrients
• supporting digestion and gut health
• lifestyle changes that support metabolic health
• improving sleep and recovery
• nervous system regulation strategies
• stress management tools
• accountability and ongoing guidance
The goal is not to overwhelm you with a complicated protocol.
The goal is to create clear, sustainable changes that actually fit into your life.
Working Alongside Your Healthcare Providers
Many of my clients are also working with medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, osteopaths, or other health professionals.
When appropriate, I can help clients:
• better understand lab results
• prepare questions for medical appointments
• interpret nutritional and lifestyle recommendations
• implement changes that practitioners have suggested
My role is not to replace medical care, but to help clients better understand and implement the changes that support their health.
Accountability and Long-Term Support
Making lifestyle and nutrition changes can be challenging, especially when someone has been struggling with symptoms for a long time.
Part of our work together involves ongoing support and accountability as you implement changes.
This may include:
• follow-up sessions
• refining nutrition strategies
• tracking progress
• adjusting recommendations as your body responds
• learning how to interpret your body’s signals over time
Health improvement rarely happens overnight, but with the right strategy and consistency, many people begin noticing meaningful changes over time.
Making lifestyle and nutrition changes can be challenging, especially when someone has been struggling with symptoms for a long time.
Part of my role as a coach is not only to provide guidance, but also to help you understand what is happening in your body and why certain changes may support your health.
When people understand the reasoning behind their nutrition and lifestyle choices, those changes become much easier to maintain.
As the saying goes, when you know better, you can do better.
Education is a powerful part of the process. I believe people should understand their body, their nutrition, and the factors influencing their health so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
Health improvement rarely happens overnight, but with the right strategy, education, and consistency, many people begin noticing meaningful improvements in their energy, digestion, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
My goal is not to create dependency.
My goal is to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support your health long after our work together.
For clarity:
This service does not replace medical care.
I do not diagnose disease, prescribe medications, or treat medical conditions.
Nutrition and supplement guidance is intended to provide education, coaching, and practical support around food, nutrients, and lifestyle strategies that support overall health.
Clients with significant medical concerns should always work with an appropriately qualified healthcare provider.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by nutrition information, struggling with supplements, or trying to understand how to support your body better, the best place to begin is with a conversation.
During a discovery call we can talk about your current situation, your goals, and whether working together would be a good fit.
