About Brandi Gordon

Master Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Master Hypnotherapist & Holistic Nutritionist

My work centers around helping people understand the deeper patterns shaping their health, relationships, and lives.

Most people try to change their lives by focusing on surface-level solutions,  productivity systems, communication tools, new diets, or more information. While these things can be helpful, lasting change usually requires looking deeper at the subconscious patterns, nervous system responses, beliefs, and habits driving the problem in the first place.

The patterns influencing our decisions, relationships, stress responses, and health often live beneath the surface in our nervous system, habits, beliefs, and lifestyle patterns.

My work focuses on helping people identify those deeper patterns so they can create meaningful and lasting change.

My Story

A Childhood That Shaped How I See the World

My curiosity about people, health, and systems began very early in life.

I grew up in a home where stability and security were not always present. My childhood included periods of financial hardship, instability, and environments where I had to become very aware of what was happening around me in order to navigate it.

Those early experiences taught me how to observe people closely; their behavior, emotional patterns, motivations, and contradictions. They also created an early awareness that what people say, what they believe, and what is actually happening are not always the same thing.

As a child I also developed a habit of questioning things that didn’t seem to make sense to me.

One of the earliest examples of this involved my mother’s health. She struggled with significant health issues for many years and was regularly seeing doctors and specialists. As a young person, I often found myself wondering why the treatments and medications she was receiving never seemed to truly improve her health. Even as a child I remember asking questions about whether the doctors really understood what was causing her problems.

That curiosity about health, the body, and the limits of conventional approaches would stay with me long into adulthood.

An Early Entrepreneurial Mind

At the same time, I was constantly looking for ways to create opportunities for myself.

As a child I was always starting small ventures; garage sales, lemonade stands, snack stands, selling items I found or collected, and figuring out creative ways to make money.

I collected empty bottles for deposit money, searched garage sales for items I could resell, and paid close attention to how businesses attracted customers.

When I was a little older, I began creating flyers for construction companies and local service businesses and biking around town delivering them. I placed them in laundromats, knocked on doors, and looked for homes that clearly needed repairs.

I was fascinated by how small changes in marketing or positioning could affect whether a business succeeded or struggled.

Even before I knew the word “entrepreneur,” I was already thinking like one.

A Career in Systems, Leadership & Business

As I entered adulthood, my career began in municipal government. Over nearly two decades I moved through different roles and eventually worked within the information technology department, gaining experience in systems thinking, problem solving, and project management.

Later, I co-founded and helped build a construction company that grew into a multi-million dollar organization with dozens of employees and complex operations. Running that business required constant decision-making, leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.

It also gave me a deep understanding of the pressures many entrepreneurs face; long hours, responsibility for employees, financial stress, and the emotional weight of leadership.

These experiences gave me real-world insight into both business strategy and human behavior under pressure.

A Health Crisis That Changed Everything

Several years later my health began to deteriorate in ways that were difficult to explain.

I experienced a cascade of symptoms including digestive issues, nerve pain, autoimmune symptoms, chronic inflammation, hormone imbalance, fatigue, and recurring infections. At one point I was taking numerous medications and spending large amounts of time in bed because my body simply wasn’t functioning properly.

Doctors were trying to manage symptoms, but I felt strongly there were deeper causes that were not being addressed. That experience pushed me into a period of intense research and learning about nutrition, metabolism, inflammation, and the connection between lifestyle and health. Through deep research and disciplined lifestyle changes, I gradually rebuilt my health.

This process included:

• exploring elimination diets
• shifting toward whole-food nutrition
• experimenting with carnivore and animal-based nutrition
• improving mineral and micronutrient intake
• regulating stress and nervous system responses
• improving sleep and circadian rhythms
• rebuilding strength and metabolic health

Over time the symptoms that once dominated my life began to disappear.

That journey fundamentally changed how I understand the body, health, and the connection between physiology and mindset.

Studying the Patterns Beneath the Surface

After rebuilding my health, I became deeply interested in the deeper patterns influencing human behavior.

I began training in coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), hypnotherapy, and other transformational modalities designed to help people shift subconscious beliefs and emotional conditioning.

These tools revealed how much of our behavior is influenced by patterns that operate beneath conscious awareness.

People often try to change their lives through willpower alone, but when deeper beliefs, emotional conditioning, and nervous system responses are involved, change requires a different approach.

When those deeper patterns are understood, real transformation becomes possible.

Integrating Mind, Body & Nervous System Work

Over time my work expanded to include practices that help people reconnect with their body and nervous system.

Breathwork, meditation, and sound-based practices can help people regulate stress responses, process emotional experiences, and reconnect with their internal awareness.

These practices, when combined with coaching and subconscious work, create powerful opportunities for growth and change.

My Approach

My work is grounded, practical, and rooted in real-life experience.

Rather than offering rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all solutions, I help people understand the deeper patterns influencing their lives and health.

Depending on the situation, our work together may include:

• transformational coaching and life design
• mindset and accountability work
• NLP and subconscious pattern change
• hypnotherapy and emotional change techniques
• breathwork and nervous system regulation
• nutrition and lifestyle optimization
• relationship and polarity coaching
• plant medicine preparation and integration
• business strategy and leadership coaching

Every person’s path is different, and the work is always adapted to the individual.

Training & Certifications

My work is informed by training across multiple disciplines including:

• Master Coaching
• NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner
• Master Hypnotherapist
• Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator

I continue to study and learn from professionals across fields such as metabolic health, nervous system regulation, and personal development.

Beyond the work

Family & What Matters Most

Becoming a mother at a young age shaped many of the decisions I made throughout my life.

Raising my two children gave me a deep sense of responsibility and purpose from a very early stage of adulthood. I was determined to create a life that offered them stability, opportunity, and the freedom to pursue their own paths.

Over the years, many of the personal changes I’ve made; improving my health, growing as a person, building businesses, learning new skills, and continually questioning how life and the human body truly work, were not only for myself, but also for them.

One quote that has always stayed with me is the idea that we should not die for our children, we should live for them.

To me that means continuing to grow, evolve, and pursue a meaningful life rather than sacrificing our own wellbeing or potential. When parents live with curiosity, discipline, and purpose, children learn that same mindset by example.

Today my children have grown into incredible adults who are building their own lives, careers, and experiences. One of the things I am most proud of is that they think for themselves. They question things, stay curious about the world, and place a strong priority on their health and wellbeing.

Watching them grow into thoughtful, capable humans has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

It also continually reminds me that the way we live; the choices we make, the way we care for our health, and the way we approach challenges,  has a profound influence on the people around us.
